Decent phone from a well known name at a bargain price. I have an LG. V20 and just got this K20 for my husband. Look at the difference in price!! Even if the very expensive V20 lasts twice as long as this inexpensive K20 (don't know that it will, just saying) we are still way way ahead on value! All the features we need and want. Nice looking and light weight. Visuals are crisp, speed and touch response are there. Fed up with spending a fortune for phones we end up replacing after 2 to 3 years anyway. So far this is working out well for us, we will see with time, but for the price.... Also, personally, I like to carry spare batteries and you can still change out batteries with LG. Recommended.
